Booking Process


1. send event information
Complete our request form to send date, time, and location details of your request.

2. personal consultation
We will follow up personally to learn more about your request then provide additional samples and information for pricing & availability.

For band requests, we would schedule live previews as necessary to determine fit and help you find the right ensemble you're interested in.

3. draft contract & login
When you’re ready to place a reservation, email or call us and we will draft a contract for you in minutes. You’ll get an automatic email to login to our homepage to review the contract and manage your order.

4. deposit
Print, sign, and send back the contract along with your deposit by check. We will send you an automatic email upon receipt.

5. pick music. use our online guide
Use our guides to pick music and walk you through details step-by-step. From our website, you can pick music easily and give instructions for cues.

6. monday before call
One of the musicians will call you personally the Monday before your event to confirm timing, requests, cues, and directions listed on our website.

7. mail balance 7 business days before
7 business days prior to the performance, the remaining balance is due. We will send you an automatic email upon receipt.

8. performance & follow up
Your musicians will arrive on time, dressed in black & white, with everything ready for a superb performance. Afterwards, we will try to follow up with you to see how well the musicians took care of you.
