Booking Process


1. send request
Complete our bid request form to send date, time, and location details of your request so that we can speak to you and find out how we can help you.

2. confirmation email
Upon receipt of your request, a confirmation email will be sent to you letting you know that we successfully received your information.

3. phone consultation
Within the next business day, your consultant will contact you to verify the details of your request, answer any questions or concerns you may have, and recommend possible solutions for you. If you are interested in booking, we can verify availability and email a draft of the contract for your review.

4. contract & deposit
Please print, sign, and send back the contract along with a 50% deposit. Upon receipt, you will receive an invoice via email and for wedding ceremonies, log-in information for our music selection guide so that you can choose your music selections within the week.

5. Remaining balance
7 business days prior to the performance, the remaining 50% balance is due. However, it can be mailed to us at any time before that and is fully refundable until that time.

6. Final Check
Your consultant will contact you to verify the details for the performance and will also email you our notes for the performance to ensure accuracy. Your consultant will also coordinate with your venue, other musicians, officiant, etc. to tie up any loose ends prior to the performance.

7. Performance & Follow Up
Your musicians will arrive on time, dressed appropriately, with everything ready for a superb performance. Your consultant will follow up with you in a few weeks to get feedback on our service.
