| Cancellations |
• Cancellations
prior to 7 days before performance, balance is fully refundable
• Cancellations within 7 days
before performance, no refund available
• Panache reserves the right
to disengage contract 14 days before date
• Full refund if performers
detained due to sickness, injury, death, lockout, epidemic,
war, embargo, fire, earthquake,hurricane or other condition
beyond reasonable control affecting availability or accessbility
to site.

| 1 Hour Minimum |
| Performers commit to an average of 1-2 hours of
preparation and driving for each request. To make the time worthwhile,
Panache uses a 1 hr minimum for its packages. If you need less
time, we still charge for the hour. After 1 hr, time may be
ordered at increments of 30 minutes. |
| Overtime |
| If an event starts late or runs over the agreed
time, performers are not obligated to stay due to other engagements
and requests. However, if they can stay, clients can request
performers to continue playing and overtime payment can be arranged
afterwards with your consultant using 30 minute rates. |
| Outdoor Conditions |
| To protect the instruments, which cost anywhere
from $5,000 to $25,000 each, performers need to be sheltered
from direct sunlight, falling branches, and rain. Temperatures
must be at or above 60 F. If any of these conditions cannot
be met, performers must be moved inside or we cannot perform
and a 25% will be issued. |

• After receipt

• Consultant is accessible throughout

• Survey call made 2-3 weeks
after performance
• If performances longer than
2 hours, customary to provide musicians food & refreshments
to help prevent fatigue. If not, please inform us so we may
make appropriate arrangements. |
