Panache's mission is to create a brand for live music where we set the gold standard for string quartets, jazz combinations, and live bands.

All performers are recruited after an audition process and are trained to ensure that they use the richest arrangements of music, wear uniformed attire, and have a professional demeanor that lends to the stage presence of all of its presentations. At Panache, they recognize that they are not there just to perform music but to create an image and a general atmosphere that its clients demand.

Panache is led by its CEO Jonas Pascua, a professional violinist for several years and a graduate of the Stephen M Ross School of Business with a concentration in marketing and corporate strategy, and has a network of over 350 musicians all having the following objectives in mind:
