Company History & Mission

Panache is led by its CEO & Principal, Jonas Pascua.
A professional violinist for 14 years, he graduated from the Stephen M Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in 2005 with a concentration in marketing and corporate strategy.
The business was started when Jonas was asked to put together a string quartet for a friend's wedding. Too busy with school at the time, he tried to find a group for them.
After finding talented groups that didn't know how to present themselves or take care of clients on a service aspect and marketing savvy groups without any talent - he saw the need for a company that was THE brand for live music, where it could:
- Set the standard for quality & service for its industry
- Transform live music into a convenient and affordable luxury
- Increase the accessibility and understanding of live music as a whole, to the general community.
As Panache grew, it was able to identify the performance concepts that made them successful at each event.
Performance Concepts

eSync Concept
The training program at Panache distinguishes us from our competition. "eSync" is how we make the music feel as if it was written and timed perfectly for your event. By repeating, adjusting tempo, improvising, and cadencing gracefully on cue – our musicians demonstrate a level of control, experience, and understanding of the music that allows us to sync in with cues and transitions for each second as things happen.
eMedley Concept
The idea of continuous music separates Panache from all its other competitors. While other musicians will rest and have dead air in between songs trying to decide what to play - our music is written, arranged, and organized in a medley template to reduce dead air and lag time in between each song. This creates a richer performance that you won’t hear anywhere else.
Musicians Are Local & Play Regularly Together
Panache gives you the best of both worlds.
The personal touch of hiring local musicians directly and knowing who to expect with the professional responsiveness + services and amenities that only a large company can offer.
As Panache continues to grow, its audition and one-of-a-kind training program play a vital role in making sure that all of its musicians follow these concepts and values to ensure a consistent level of performance and service time and time again.
